The study explores the perception and utilization of ASHA worker services among women aged 15–49 years in Karkala Taluk. ASHAs, introduced under the National Rural Health Mission, act as a bridge between communities and healthcare, especially for women and children. Using a community-based cross-sectional design, the research will include 1187 women selected through systematic random sampling. Data will be collected using a validated questionnaire on awareness, perception, and use of ASHA services, along with influencing factors. The results will help highlight strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement in ASHA service delivery and community health outcomes

- •Women residing in the selected villages of Karkala taluk for at least 6 months and belonging to the reproductive age group.

- •Women unable to respond due to mental health issues and those unavailable during data collection.
