入选标准
- •1) Children between 4-8 years of age
- •2) The children with primary maxillary and mandibular second molars will be diagnosed for carious teeth with necrotic pulp or irreversible pulpitis.
- •3) The children who have at-least two thirds of each root remaining.
- •4) No prior pulpectomy treatment on the involved teeth.
排除标准
- •1) Children with any systemic condition, mental and physical disabilities like cerebral palsy, autism etc.
- •2) Teeth with inadequate tooth structure for restoration, perforated pulpal floor, swelling (intraoral or extraoral), sinus tract, pathologic root resorption and excessive mobility.
- •3) Teeth with anatomical variations like number of roots, root morphology (root anomalies).
