Inclusion Criteria

? an aged 60 years or older
? Outpatient of department of neuropsychiatry, Seoul National University Hospital
? Mild Cognitive Impairment(MCI) or mild dementia (Clinical Dementia Rating(CDR) 0.5 or 1)
? physically inactive : engaged in less than 150 min/week of moderate physical activity, or spending most of time per day sitting or lying

Exclusion Criteria

? being inable to walk (Cane walking allowed)
? = moderate degree of dementia (Clinical Dementia Rating(CDR) = 2)
? any physical illness or medical problems that wold preclude safe participation during study period
? can not manipulate the smartband or has no caregiver to help them
? participated in a similar program in the last one year
