- •Patients with advanced migraine who need drugs other than painkillers
- •Previous history of receiving prophylactic treatment
- •Abnormal brain and nerve imaging and special conditions such as seizures, epilepsy or the presence of contraindications for the use of cinnarizine and topiramate
