Inclusion Criteria
age 18 to 40 years pre-eclampsia patients undergoing emergency caesarean section
Exclusion Criteria
1).patient refusal
2).patient who had eclampsia in the current pregnancy
3).patient with previous history of seizure/cerebro-vascular accidents due to any cause
