Inclusion Criteria
(1) Patients with osteochondral lesions of the talus (lesion Berndt and Harty stage 2 or higher)
(2) Patients judged to be able to follow up for more than 2 years
(3) Patients who have consented to the consent form
Exclusion Criteria
(1) Patients with soft tissue damage such as open fractures and infections
(2) Patients with arthritis of Grade 2 or higher
(3) Patients under the age of 18 who have not yet finished growing
(4) Patients with comorbid injuries such as fractures
