Inclusion criteria for participation in the study are the active use of VIDEA bewegt and informed consent to participate in the study. In order to complete the app-registration, users must be of legal age, agree to the terms and conditions of the app, confirm that physical contraindications do not apply, and speak and write German fluently.
Eligibility critera are based on self-assessment.
Minority, medical contraindications (users must be physically resilient):
Among other things: Restrictions of the musculoskeletal system, diseases of the musculoskeletal system requiring treatment, condition after heart attack or stroke, cardiac arrhythmia, systolic blood pressure above 160 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure above 95 mmHg, tumor diseases.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary outcome is physical activity. <br>This is continuously captured by app-internally stored step counts per day and captured using the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) to baseline, half, completion, and 2/4/6/12 months after completion of the programme. The GPAQ can be used to provide average MET (Metabolic Equivalents) minutes per week.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Secondary outcomes are:<br>- Self-efficacy (motivational, maintenance and recovery self-efficacy) using questionnaires at baseline, halfway through, at completion, 2/4/6/12 months after completion of programme<br>- Health-related quality of life using the Short Form Health Survey 8 (SF-8) at baseline, halfway through, at completion, 2/4/6/12 months after program completion<br>- User behaviour with the help of internal system data (use of individual app components) and a questionnaire that is sent at the end of the program or in the event of early dropout. This questionnaire contains the Usability Experience Questionnaire short (UEQs), as well as self formulated questions about problems and experiences with the app.
