- •Inclusion criteria for participation in the study are the active use of VIDEA bewegt and informed consent to participate in the study. In order to complete the app\-registration, users must be of legal age, agree to the terms and conditions of the app, confirm that physical contraindications do not apply, and speak and write German fluently.
- •Eligibility critera are based on self\-assessment.
排除标准
- •Minority, medical contraindications (users must be physically resilient):
- •Among other things: Restrictions of the musculoskeletal system, diseases of the musculoskeletal system requiring treatment, condition after heart attack or stroke, cardiac arrhythmia, systolic blood pressure above 160 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure above 95 mmHg, tumor diseases.
- •\- In the course of registration, users must check that the above\-mentioned contraindications do not apply.
