Diagnosed to have mild iron deficiency anemia

Hemoglobin range between 10 - 11.9 g/dl

Exclusion Criteria

Not willing to consent

age less than 6 years and more than 10 years

To determine the degree of difference in efficacy between iron supplementation and iron rich food in treating mild anemia in children aged 6 to 10 years.Timepoint: The primary outcome will be established by the end of 3 months from the start of trial.
