Diagnosed to have mild iron deficiency anemia
Hemoglobin range between 10 - 11.9 g/dl
Exclusion Criteria
Not willing to consent
age less than 6 years and more than 10 years
Children with chronic illness

Name Time Method To determine the degree of difference in efficacy between iron supplementation and iron rich food in treating mild anemia in children aged 6 to 10 years.Timepoint: The primary outcome will be established by the end of 3 months from the start of trial.
