Patients posted for curative resection surgery for gastrointestinal malignancy.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients scheduled laparoscopic onco-surgery
2. Patients on oxygen therapy or poor cardiac function
3. Those who refuse to participate
4. Patients with a serious adverse event (cardiac arrest, anaphylactic shock etc.) in intraoperative period that prevents study continuation
