Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients willing for trial.

2.Age between 20 -60 years.

3.Patients presenting with clinical features of Pandu Roga / Iron Deficiency Anemia.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients not willing for the trial or not ready to give informed consent.

2.Patients of age < 20 and above 60 years

3.Patients with Thalassemia major, Aplastic anemia or sickle cell anemia will be excluded.

4.Patients having malignancy, patients suffering from any other major systemic illness necessitating long-term therapy, patients with past history of Atrial Fibrilation, Cononary artery disease, Acute Coronary Syndrome, Myocardial infarction, stroke or severe arrhythmia in the last 6 months will also be excluded.

5.Patients with clinical evidence of Heart Failure, poorly controlled hypertension (Systolic BP > 160mm of Hg&/or Diastolic BP >100 mm of Hg) and Diabetes mellitus will also be excluded.

6.Patients allergic to trial drug preparation.
