- •BMI 18.5 to 29.99 kg/sq.m
排除标准
- •Patients refusal
- •emergency surgery
- •jail inmates,HIV patients, pregnant woman
- •preoperative haemoglobin less than 7 gm % or greater than 16 gm%
- •known case of coagulopathy, patients on anti coagulation therapy
- •contraindications to tranexamic acid
