1. Subjects who are judged by the investigator to be medically unfit to participate in the study. 2. Patients who have complications of diseases for which prognosis is defined 3. Patients who had a stroke, myocardial infarction, or heart failure within six months 4. Patients who developed cancer within five years 5. Patients with severe liver dysfunction (liver cirrhosis) 6. Patients with severe renal dysfunction (dialysis patients) 7. Patients with dementia
