- •1. Histologically confirmed non-recurrent non-metastatic squamous cell carcinoma or adenocarcinoma of esophagus or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ).
- •2. Patients must be considered as having inoperable/unresectable tumor, considered to be unfit for surgery and/or are unwilling for surgery.
- •3. ECOG performance status less than or equal to 2.
- •4. Adequate baseline bone marrow, liver and renal functions as determined by routine standard-of-care tests.
- •5. Patients being treated using VMAT technique.
- •6. Willingness to participate in the study and provides a voluntary informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. Metastatic disease at presentation.
- •2. History of prior mediastinal/thoracic malignancy or condition that warranted irradiation or chemotherapy.
- •3. Patients with tracheoesophageal fistula/bronchoesophageal fistula.
- •4. Patients with active second malignancy.
