Age group 18 to 25 years. Participants willing to participate in the study Subjects with FHP (CVA less than 49 degree), Both Gender
1. Subject who is not willing to participate.2. Subject who will not able to perform exercise or follow complete.3.Congenital cervical deformities (e.g torticollis) 4.History of trauma of cervical spine & Upper limb, 5.Skin allergy 6.Open wounds in the neck region.7.They were excluded if they had undergone any spinal surgery. 8.Any surgical h/o of cervical spine & Upper limb. 9. Any positive neurological sign & h/o of Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. 10. Any cervical postural deformity other than FHP 11. Chronic smokers.
