入选标准
- •1. Presence of atleast one tooth on each side of the mouth with probing depth and clinical attachment level of greater than or equal to 5mm
- •3. Radiographic evidence of interproximal introsseous defect depth of greater than or equal to 3mm
排除标准
- •1. Patients with poor oral hygiene
- •2. Pregnancy and lactating women
- •3. Patients on continuous antibiotics antiinflammatory and immunosuppresants in last 6 months
- •4. Patients with systemic diseases
- •5. Smokers
- •6. Patients with unmanageble occlusal dysfunction
- •7. Patints with bleeding disorders and hematologic diseases
