Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Direct Care Workers
  • •Care workers who have been employed in long\-term care facilities for at least six months.
  • •Individuals who understand the purpose of this study and voluntarily agree to participate.
  • •Nurses who have been employed in long\-term care facilities for at least six months.
  • •Individuals who understand the purpose of this study and voluntarily agree to participate.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Those without experience in caring for elderly individuals with dementia.
