- •1\. Direct Care Workers
- •Care workers who have been employed in long\-term care facilities for at least six months.
- •Individuals who understand the purpose of this study and voluntarily agree to participate.
- •Nurses who have been employed in long\-term care facilities for at least six months.
- •Individuals who understand the purpose of this study and voluntarily agree to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Those without experience in caring for elderly individuals with dementia.
