- •Patients must be 18 years old or older.
- •Having high blood pressure according to the diagnosis of a cardiologist
- •Regular daily use of at least one antihypertensive drug for at least 3 months
- •Able to cooperate to complete the questionnaire and carry out the intervention
排除标准
- •suffering from complications due to blood pressure
- •bsence more than once in training sessions
- •Unwillingness to participate in the study
- •Participation in similar educational and research projects during the course of study
