The cases of yoni srava is increasing day by day.In Ayurveda there are many classical formulations present for yoni srava(abnormal vaginal discharge ) but due to easy availability and good efficiency of my formulation Dhatkyadi tail and Kasishadi churna.l have chosen this topic ’A Clinical Study to evaluate the efficacy of Dhatkyadi tail and Kasishadi churna in the management of yoni srava w.r.t. abnormal vaginal discharge’

入选标准
- •1.Patient willing for trail and agrees to participate and signs informed consent 2.Age between 18 to 50 yr.
- •3.Patient complaining of Yoni srava per vagina as a cardinal symptom.
- •Married women.
排除标准
- •1.Unmarried women 2.Below 18 yr and above 50 yr 3.Pregnant women & lactating women.
- •4.Patients suffering from tuberculosis, sexually transmitted dz.
- •Like VDRL, HIV, syphilis, Herpes Genitalis, gonorrhea, genital malignancy and congenital any other pathologies of reproductive tract." 5.Patients suffering from systemic dz.
- •like HTN, Diabetes, Heart diseases.
- •6.Patients suffering from uterine prolapse.
