Patients 30-70 years of both sex will be selected.
Patient giving the clinical history of Madhumeha (Diabetes mellitus).
Presence of cardinal symptoms of diabetes mellitus e.g. (3P– Polyuria, Polydipsia, Polyphagia)
Well Diagnosed and confirmed case of Madhumeha (Diabetes mellitus).
Patient fasting blood sugar level is 126mg/dl to 250mg/dl and Post Prandial Blood Sugar (PPBS) level is 200mg/dl to 300mg/dl.
Willing to participate and able to provide signed informed consent.
Patients below 30 year and above 70 years will be excluded.
Pregnant and lactating mother.
Patient having any serious illness like cardiovascular disease, malignancy.
Uncontrol Diabetes Mellitus will be excluded from study.
Patient of type II DM who are on insulin therapy.
Patient having any allergy history or sensitivity will be excluded from study.
