Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •American Society of Anaesthesiologists grade I, II and III undergoing elective Total Knee Arthroplasty surgery under Spinal Anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients requiring emergency surgery
- •Inability to give consent
- •Any contraindication to Spinal Anaesthesia
- •Body Mass Index more than 35kg/square metre
- •Evidence of ischemic changes in 12 lead ECG during pre\-anaesthetic work up prior to surgery
- •Known cardiac, renal disease or diabetes mellitus
