Inclusion Criteria
American Society of Anaesthesiologists grade I, II and III undergoing elective Total Knee Arthroplasty surgery under Spinal Anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Patients requiring emergency surgery
Inability to give consent
Any contraindication to Spinal Anaesthesia
Body Mass Index more than 35kg/square metre
Evidence of ischemic changes in 12 lead ECG during pre-anaesthetic work up prior to surgery
Known cardiac, renal disease or diabetes mellitus
