The inclusion criteria for this study are being: male sex, non-smoker, not suffering from any disease related to air ways like asthma, bronchitis and amphysma, not having cold during last 6 weaks, not using corticosteroids and analgesics before operation.
Our exclusion criteria are factors predictive of difficult intubation (number of tracheal intubation attempts), and the need for a nasogastric tube Patients with any preoperative sore throat or hoarseness or any airway condition resulting in an ASA physical status greater than II3,12.
