Inclusion Criteria
1. Asymptomatic young individuals aged 18 to 25 years
2. Bilateral flexible flat feet
Exclusion Criteria
1. Traumatic injuries to lower limb
2. Peripheral vascular diseases
3. Cognitive disorder
4. Neuromuscular illness
5. Fixed flat foot or other fixed deformities of knee or ankle & foot.
