Inclusion Criteria
Any Peripheral vertigo
Both male and female patients
Vertigo short symptom scale
Total score ranges from 0 to 60 (VSS-Vertigo 28 + VSS â??Anxiety 32 >12 severe vertigo)
Berg Balance Scale
Patients score ranges from 21 to 56
Exclusion Criteria
Any neurological condition
Traumatic brain injury
Any recent lower limb injury or fracture.
Brainstem condition
Cerebellar signs positive
Chronic alcoholics (ataxia)
Non ambulant elderly

Name Time Method 28 days later, reassessment will be done again using Berg Balance Scale and Vertigo Symptom Scale-short form (V.S.S). questionnaire to measure the improvement of Vertigo and Balance in each arm.Timepoint: 0,28 days
