impaired fasting glucose (100-125 mg/dL) or abnormal HbA1c (5.7-6.49%)
age 18-65 years
BMI more than 25 kg/m2
1. Currently on ketogenic diet or vegeterian diet
2. Currently on TRE
3. Shift work
4. Weight change more than 5 kg in 3 months
5. Having medication which has to be taken at early morning or at night
6. Smoking
7. Breast feeding
8. Psychological disorder excluding depression
9. Having medications which affect weight and blood sugar
10. History of bariatric surgery
11. Impaired nutrient absorption
