1)ASA Grading II to IV
2)X Ray Diagnosis of Proximal Femur Fracture (Subtrochanteric Femur Fracture,Intertrochanteric Femur Fracture, Neck Of Femur Fracture)
1)Previous Psychiatric illness or cognitive impairement(dementia, Alzheimer’s disease)
2)Patients having history of substance abuse
3)Multiple fracture and previous surgery/Palliative surgery of affected limb
4)Drug Allergies/hypersensitivity
5)Any Contraindications for Spinal Anaesthesia or Regional Blocks
6)Failed Spinal anaesthesia and any need of General Anesthesia
7)Mental state preventing completion of scoring.
