1. Patients more than 16 years of age.
2. Asyndromic alveolar cleft patients.
3. Unilateral/ bilateral cleft alveolus patients.
Patients with history of secondary alveolar bone grafting.
4. Patients requiring single tooth replacement of lateral incisor/canine region only on the affected cleft side.
5. Absence of any systematic diseases.
6. Patients with no symptoms of COVID-19/ tested negative for COVID-19 virus.
1. Patients not willing to participate and follow-up for the prescribed study duration.
2. Syndromic cleft patients.
3. Patients not requiring tertiary bone grafting.
4. Handicapped individuals unable to maintain oral hygiene.
5. History of bruxism and smoking.
