Inclusion Criteria
- •Children aged 6\-12 years with hearing and speech disability
- •Children with moderate to severe hearing and speech disability
- •Children who require oral prophylaxis
Exclusion Criteria
- •Children whose parents denied their participation
- •Children with other systemic diseases
- •Children with other special health care needs
- •Uncooperative children unable to cope up with examination procedure
