Inclusion Criteria

Patients who are scheduled for elective procedures under regional anesthesia included of neuraxial anesthesia and peripheral nerve block
-Patients who are classified American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) Physical status Classes I-III
-Patients who are aged over 18 years old.

Exclusion Criteria

-Patients who are scheduled for elective procedures under regional anesthesia combined with general anesthesia
-Patients not willing to participate in the study
-Patients with communication problems such as not understanding and speaking Thai, mental retardation, organic brain damage etc.
-Patients with history of a psychiatric disorders
-Pregnancy patients
