Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Parturients with physical status ASA 1
  • Minimum gestational age of 37 weeks with singleton pregnancy
  • Scheduled for elective LSCS under subarachnoid block

Exclusion Criteria

  • Inability to comprehend pain scoring system
  • Patients with systemic coagulopathy,anatomic abnormalities
  • Allergy to study medication and localised infection
