Inclusion Criteria
Sexually active women who had clinical symptoms of dyspareunia
Exclusion Criteria
Those who underwent physiotherapeutic intervention for dyspareunia symptoms recently (less than 6 months); Current symptoms of urinary tract infection; And the presence of diseases that constitute contraindications for the accomplishment of the MAP training

Name Time Method Effect of the training of the pelvic floor muscles on the sexual function of women with symptoms of dyspareunia, verified through the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI). The level of significance was set at p <0.05.;The training of the pelvic floor muscles interferes in the sexual function of women with symptoms of dyspareunia, verified by means of the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI), the level of significance adopted was p <0.05. It can be observed from the results that the rate of pain decrease in GI after six weeks of intervention was significant, ranging from (2.7 ± 1) to (4.1 ± 1), that is, in both groups there was improvement of pain rates.
