- •Active labor phase
- •Premature rupture of the fetal membranes
- •Preeclampsia
- •Vaginal bleeding
- •Dilation greater than 3cm and cervical length less than 25mm
- •Intra-amniotic infection
- •Using tocolytic drugs
- •Allergic to progesterone
