  • ASA status patients:1,2 and 3
  • patients undergoing to radical mastectomy with axillary dissection and breast-implant reconstruction

  • patients with allergy to local anesthetics

  • breast anatomy abnormalities
  • neurological diseases
  • septic conditions
  • coagulopathies
