Inclusion Criteria
1. full-thickness rotator cuff tears
2. complete arthroscopic rotator cuff repair
Exclusion Criteria
1. previous history of shoulder surgery
2. partial-thickness rotator cuff tears
3. partial rotator cuff repair
4. progressive glenohumeral arthritis
5. Traumatic unilateral Bankart lesions
6. superior labral anterior to posterior lesions
