Inclusion Criteria
1.Thai male and female
2.Age ≥ 15 years
3.Fever not more than 5 days
4.Willing to participate, written informed consent be obtained. In case of age < 18 years, parents written informed consent also be obtained
5.Laboratory confirmation of dengue infection by at least one of the followings:
•Positive dengue NS1 antigen
•Positive dengue IgM
•Seroconversion of dengue IgG
Exclusion Criteria
1.Coinfection
2.Pregnancy
