- The expected outcome of this study is that the combination of labetalol and omega-3 fatty acids will result in greater blood pressure reduction Systolic BP 5- 10mmHg; Diastolic BP 2- 6mmHg compared to labetalol alone (Systolic BP 5- 8mmHg; Diastolic BP 2- 4mmHg) in pregnant women with gestational hypertension

简要总结
omega-3 supplements can help control high blood pressure in pregnant women with gestational hypertension.
Main Goal: To see if omega-3 fatty acids lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure compared to the standard drug treatment (labetalol).
Urinary nitrate levels – to measure how well the blood vessels work through nitric oxide availability.
C-reactive protein (CRP) levels – to track inflammation and its link with gestational hypertension.
In short, the research will compare blood pressure, vascular health, and inflammation between women taking omega-3 and those on labetalol to understand how effective omega-3 is in improving outcomes.
