Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •non\-valvular chronic AF
- •LV EF \>40%
Exclusion Criteria
- •Acute decompensated heart failure within 30 days
- •Significant coronary artery disease
- •At least moderate valvular heart disease
- •At least moderate obstructive or restrictive lung disease
- •Incapable of stopping beta blocker or calcium channel blocker for 48\-72 hours before exercise test
- •Incapable of performing exercise test (by physician's discretion)
- •Active malignancy
- •Expected survival less than 12 months
