Inclusion Criteria
Pregnant women who are at high risk of having preterm spontaneous vaginal delivery,people got pregnant after ART,SHORT cervix <2.5cm,BMI >30,women with uterine anomalies,women with multiple pregnancy,polyhydramnios,etc...
Exclusion Criteria
Any women with contraindication for TVS Including APH and placenta and pregnant women who are already in labor,or PPROM
