- •residing in Düsseldorf (district: Flingern Nord, Flingern Süd, Oberbilk, Friedrichstadt, Gerresheim, Eller or Wersten) or in Wuppertal (district: Elberfeld or Barmen)

- •\< 25 years, \> 75 years, insufficient knowledge of German, not a resident in the selected districts
