Inclusion Criteria
- •Security guards
- •Age group between 30\-50 years
- •Both male and female
- •Duration \- Prolonged standing more than 4 hours
- •Working experience \- \>3years
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of any spine injury/fracture
- •History of any spine surgery
- •Any orthopedic disease of spine such as protrusions, hernias, and slippage between vertebral bodies,
- •History of any neurological disorder
