Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Security guards
  • •Age group between 30\-50 years
  • •Both male and female
  • •Duration \- Prolonged standing more than 4 hours
  • •Working experience \- \>3years

Exclusion Criteria

  • •History of any spine injury/fracture
  • •History of any spine surgery
  • •Any orthopedic disease of spine such as protrusions, hernias, and slippage between vertebral bodies,
  • •History of any neurological disorder
