Inclusion Criteria
ASA class 1 and 2
-BMI <29.9 kg/m2
-Patients undergoing below elbow ortho and general surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
-Local infection at site of puncture
-any neurological deficit in upper limb
-History of haematological disorders, including coagulation abnormality
-known allergy to study drugs
-C/L phrenic nerve palsy, C/L rib fracture
-Refusal to regional anaesthesia , anatomical abnormality at the site, peripheral neuropathy and nerve injury
