Inclusion Criteria
Health professionals who worked in the care area of the hospital dependencies during the intervention period; in full; morning, afternoon and evening shifts; with no distinction of professional category
Exclusion Criteria
professionals of both genders, on health leave, maternity leave or other reasons for more than 3 months, residents and trainees

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Acquisition of knowledge about notification of health incidents and increase of at least 50% of the notification rate of health incidents (number of notifications for total hospital admissions), in the period after the educational intervention.;There was a 15% increase in the incidence of reports of incidents after the intervention compared to the previous moment and gain of knowledge with a significant result (p <0.0001) to increase the average of the scores in the second questionnaire (6.36) after the intervention , in relation to the first questionnaire (5,30).
