- •Health professionals who worked in the care area of the hospital dependencies during the intervention period; in full; morning, afternoon and evening shifts; with no distinction of professional category
Exclusion Criteria
- •professionals of both genders, on health leave, maternity leave or other reasons for more than 3 months, residents and trainees
