简要总结
This study is a randomized, participant blinded, parallel group, interventional prospective trial Comparative study of Nisha Swaras bhavit Amalaki churna and Nishamalaki churna in Prameha w.s.r. to Diabetes Mellitus Type-2, that will be conducted in Government Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital at Patna, Bihar in OPD No.10. In each group of 30 patients, Nisha Swaras bhavit Amalaki churna will be given in dose of 3 gm twise a day half an hour before having a meal and total 4 follow up will be done and and in the another group Nishamalaki churna will be given in dose of 3 gm twise a day half an hour before having a meal and total 4 follow up will be done. Post intervention follow-up will be done every 15 days for total duration of study i.e. of 60 days

入选标准
- •a) Age group between 20-60 years.
- •b) Selected sign and symptoms based on both ayurvedic and modern context c) Impaired fasting glucose (Exceed normal fasting level) d) Impaired PPBS 2 hours (Exceed the normal level) e) Patients willing to give their consent to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •a) Age group below 20 and above 60 years.
- •b) They having advanced renal or liver disease etc.
- •c) Patients having any other systemic illness like active tuberculosis, carcinoma or endocrine disorders like cushing syndrome, hypothyroidism etc.
