undergoing elective non abdominal surgeries like orchiopexy, herniotomy, hypospadias repair, incision and drainage for abscess, circumcision, debridement, excision of cyst etc will be included in the study.
and belonging to ASA I and II
Paediatric patients with >ASA II physical status, gastrointestinal disorder, suffering from a condition which could delay gastric emptying like uremia, head injury etc, known allergy to any of the drug used in study,oropharyngeal surgery, thoracic surgery,neurosurgery and requiring inotropes infusion perioperatively
