Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Confirmed cases of osteoarthritis knee (kellgren Lawrence classification grade 2\-3\)
  • NRS \> 4 (Due to knee disease) not responding to conservative treatment

Exclusion Criteria

  • Exclusion criteria
  • Uncontrolled Systemic diseases\- diabetes mellitus, immunodeficiency and collagen
  • vascular disease , presence or history of malignancy , presence of auto immune disease
  • or platelet disorders
  • BMI \> 33 kg/m2
  • History of systemic steroids during 2 weeks prior to injection
  • Any intra\-articular injection in knee 3 months prior to enrolment in study
  • History of recent knee trauma or knee septic arthritis
  • Patients receiving anticoagulation therapy
  • Pregnant females
