入选标准
- •Confirmed cases of osteoarthritis knee (kellgren Lawrence classification grade 2-3)
- •NRS > 4 (Due to knee disease) not responding to conservative treatment
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria
- •Uncontrolled Systemic diseases- diabetes mellitus, immunodeficiency and collagen
- •vascular disease , presence or history of malignancy , presence of auto immune disease
- •or platelet disorders
- •BMI > 33 kg/m2
- •History of systemic steroids during 2 weeks prior to injection
- •Any intra-articular injection in knee 3 months prior to enrolment in study
- •History of recent knee trauma or knee septic arthritis
- •Patients receiving anticoagulation therapy
- •Pregnant females
- •Presence of genu varum or valgum over 20 degrees.
- •Patients refusal
