Inclusion Criteria
1. Isolated CABG surgery at the Queen Sirikit Heart center of the Northeast, Khon Kaen University.
2.age 18-year old or more
Exclusion Criteria
1.emergency, 2. redo, 3. liver failure, 4. dialysis, 5. preoperative neurocognitive disorder/ substance abuse, 6.communication disability, 7. postoperative unarousable/ coma, 8. postoperative extracorporeal membrane oxygenator, 9. re-sternotomy within 6-h not from emergence agitation, 10. incomplete primary outcome data
