Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Depressive episode currently mild, moderate, or severe without psychotic symptoms.
- •Recurrent depressive episode, currently mild, moderate, or severe without psychotic symptoms.
- •Fluent in spoken and written German.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Current psychotherapeutic treatment; acute suicidality; acute endangerment to others; acute self\-harm; addictive disorders (current addictive disorder or harmful use); regular use of benzodiazepines; bipolar disorder (current or past episodes); acute psychotic symptoms; schizophrenic disorders (current or past); psychopharmacology: Stable intake of 4 weeks after reaching target dosage.
