1.Patients suffering from primary osteoarthritis.
2.Patients with classical sign and symptoms of Sandhivata(Osteoarthritis)like Shool(Joint pain),Shotha(Joint edema),Stambha(Stiffenes),Sparshaasahyata (Tenderness),Atopa(Crepitus)Akunchana-Prasaranavedana(Pain during flexion and extension of the joint)etc.at the affected joints.
1.Those who are not willing to participate in the study.
2.Patient unable or not willing to perform yoga.
3.Stage 4 OA as the joint space between bones is dramatically reduced-the cartilage is almost completely gone,leaving the joint stiff and possibly immobile.
4.Patient suffering from cardio-vascular diseases,Vatarakta,Amavata,Pregnancy and lactation,or any other systemic illness.
